Meet our Staff

Diana joined Team Denison in October 2018. Diana’s passion for the chamber industry and a strong belief in the mission of chambers, their involvement in the community and their support of local businesses has helped her build the Denison Chamber as one of the strongest and most impactful chambers in Texoma.
Diana has increased membership and revenue for the Denison Area Chamber of Commerce, enhanced existing programs and put in place new initiatives and programs to help grow and strengthen the Denison Chamber in the area. Through her leadership she has helped create a strong and active board of directors who develop and guide the initiatives and directives of the Chamber.
Diana attended Texas Tech University, earned her Chamber of Commerce Excellence Certification (CCCE) from the Texas Chamber of Commerce in 2017, and earned her IOM certification in June 2022 from the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management, earning the equivalent of a PHD in Non-Profit Management.
She is married to her high school sweetheart Bryan for 37 years and they enjoy fishing on Lake Texoma anytime they can. They have one daughter, Kirsten, son-in-law firefighter Chris Garcia and grandson, Dean, the cutest little redhead ever! She has the best day when members drop by just to visit and share a cup of coffee and chat.

Chelsey was born in Denison and raised in Southern Oklahoma. She graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising. While attending Southeastern, she was a Tri Sigma National Sorority member. Chelsey is a true Red River/Lake Texoma native who joined the Denison Chamber in April 2021. She has embraced learning all the events for the best operation. In addition, she plays an important role in branding the Chamber in every aspect of marketing.
Chelsey lives on a ranch in Oklahoma and is passionate about dogs, cows, and flowers. She and her fiance Zack Cook are planning their November 2023 wedding and plan to stay in Texoma. Her favorite thing that truly makes her day at work the best is when members send high-resolution flyers and logos.

Uyanga "Uka" Parker joined the Denison Chamber in January 2020 and knew immediately this is where she wanted to be in her career. She strongly believes in helping and supporting our member businesses and the community we serve. She has seen her impact regularly since joining our team and how we go above and beyond to support our members and community.
Uka has her Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas Dallas. She is married to Stengel Parker, a Denison native who is a coach at Whitewright School District. They have two beautiful daughters and reside in Whitewright. Uka is a long way from her hometown in Mongolia but loves Denison and how welcome and loved the community has made her feel. Uka's favorite days are when members and visitors call for assistance, and she can give them the information they seek.
